Devon Windsor-Doyle

Devon carries on a general civil litigation practice, with a particular emphasis on insurance litigation. She has experience in corporate, aviation, employment, administrative, aboriginal and environmental litigation. Devon has appeared before the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia, as well as the Provincial Court of Alberta, acting as counsel in both jury and judge-only trials.

Prior to joining Jones Emery, Devon was litigation counsel at a notable firm in Vancouver. She began her career in law at another Victoria firm, where she practiced between 2004 and 2006.

Devon is a past Executive member of the Insurance and Women Rainmakers subsections of B.C. Branch of the Canadian Bar Association. She is a current member of the Canadian and Victoria Bar Associations.

In her free time, Devon enjoys traveling, exercising and camping with her husband and young son.
