John S. Waldie

John Waldie has been practicing law since 1981 when he graduated from UBC Law School. He has been a Victoria resident since 1987. John is a married father of two children. John is a partner in the firm and practices family law and all types of civil litigation, including commercial, estate and personal injury law. He also prepares wills and handles estates and real estate matters for his clients.

John's preference is to negotiate a fair settlement for his clients, keeping in mind the cost of litigation, however if necessary to proceed to court, John has experience in having appearing at all levels of Courts in British Columbia, including several times in the B.C. Court of Appeal.

John is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the Victoria Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
